I've been speaking with a few Gooners recently about Koscielny. I really rate him and I think he's getting better and better. Others agree but don't think he's ever going to be a first 11 player week in, week out.

ReplyDeleteWhen TV is back, LK would make a great defensive midfielder.. Good anticipation in breaking up plays, good passer of the ball..Not the best as the last line of defense even though he is improving..Great buy by Wenger imo..

ReplyDeleteI think the guy has been amazing considering this is his 1st year in England and 2nd in top flight! He has all the qualities to be a brilliant CB and i think he is well on his way! People say he is too light weight but he never gets pushed off the ball this happens to JD more than Kozzer...

Great feedback guys - its great to see the consensus regarding him is changing. I think he's got all the attributes to be a great player too. Though he is benefitting massively from the good form of Djourou to keep him honest and playing well.
